Pay Direct Online

Hi guys,

 

I have a client trying to pay using the Pay Direct Online feature. He tried four times between Friday 29/07 and Monday 01/08 and the system was under maintenance. He then tried again this morning (Weds 03/08), got access to the website and it wouldn't process the card. Are there any issues on MYOB's end that we should know about?
