My bank feed has been saying "processing application" for over a week now. I would like this to be activiated and I've done everything correctly. I set up the bank feed from MYOB essentials and then added the bank feed on my ANZ account and included the registration number that MYOB provided. Any help please? I tried to ring and get help, the first person who answered said they had no idea about bank feeds and transferred me to someone else, unfortunately I ended up hanging up after 40minutes of waiting on the phone.
