Started free trial, upgraded, myob took payment, but now my account is suspended

I started a free trial of MYOB Essentials (around 5/07/16). I was then on the phone to MYOB support who then said I need to be on a paid plan for the file conversion to happen. So they took my credit card details over the phone, and it was all good.

A $3.45 payment came out of my bank account - thought it was odd, but then figured it must have been a pro rata payment as perhaps you have set billing periods.

Next month came around and $35 was taken from my account (2/08/2016). Logged in to my account today and its saying my account is suspended, as my free trial is over.

 

Why havent the payments been attributed to my account? 

 

Please help asap.
