PayPal purchases & GST

Hi all

A bit new to this and have a question.

We have purchased goods from our supplier in the UK through PayPal. The supplier is not GST registered.

I know there is no GST on PayPal fees but is there GST on the purchase of goods?

Just wondering how I enter this purchase into MYOB - as GST incl or exempt?
