Will not let me allocate un allocated Transactions

Hi 

I have 57 un allocated transactions showing on dashboard . I go though dashboard to allocate and there is none. I go though bank transactions there is none showing.I then look at transaction history and their they all are.

So i click on the allocate button and it wont allow me to do anything

Can you advice
