UNSUBSCRIBE: How do I keep a record of all of my past financial years from MYOB essentials if I've chosen to unsubscribe?

I have decided to unsubscribe from MYOB essentials. 

How can I keep my files easily on hand for future taxation purposes?

I know that you can download it all as an MYE file, however I don't have a program that can open that kind of file.

Am I stuck simply printing out every single report I have on file?
