I am looking to cancel my MYOB Essentials subscription, as i am now overseas it is not possible to cancel over the phone and i wanted to complete this using E-mail. I came across a thread with the same issue however for some reason the solution was not posted, and rather a private message sent to the poster of the thread which did not help and was marked as 'solved'. I also sent an email to myob support which i am still awaiting a response to.
To further help customers I would suggest a 'cancel my subscription' option in the subscription details of the drop down menu, this would make the whole thing a lot easier.
