Hi all
In the last two weeks, I have had two invites from clients to become advisors for their Essentials files.
If I accept the invitation through the email received, I get an error message when I try to accept it.
I try to log in and the system tells me that I don't have any businesses using Essentials but I have 3 already.
I had my Partner Manager on the phone with me two weeks ago and he couldn't figure out what was going on.
Somehow I managed to fix it myself and now I can't remember how I did it.
I've tried going in through the partner portal but I can't see the invite in there.
Help please
