I have 2 questions.
I have used MYOB for over 15 years now and have used various programs. I've migrated to MYOB Essentials and it's driving me nuts that I can't enter an account number, such as 6.7040, and have to click and scrolling down a list to find the account I want to post to.
This may seem like a small thing, but when you've used the program for such a long time and know the account numbers, it would be great to be able to use them as it makes data entry very quick. I'm using bank feeds and would like to be able to simply enter the account number to allocate the transaction as well.
Is there somewhere in Essentials that I can customise to be able to enter account numbers?
My second question is relates to being unable to tab from box to box to enter information. For example, when using journal entries, to move from account number to description to debit to credit, requires clicking on each box.
Is there somewhere in Essentials that I can customise to be able to tab from box to box? At the moment it tabs from account to web browser address and not to the next box. I am using Safari on an iMac.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
