Dear MYOB
It sickens me that you have such wonderful Customer Service staff that have the unfortunate job of servicing customers using such a pathetic piece of Software...
I've been a MYOB stalwart for more than 10 years, always been the go to product. But Essentials??? Spoke today to a very kind and "attempting to be helpful" Customer Service Representative who has the patience of a saint!
I put forward an issue/glitch that the MYOB Software has. I said that he really needs to write a note about it and give it to Tech Support or Product Development as it is an issue I have suffered through for over 12 months. I cringe everytime I have to do a reconciliation as I just know something will go wrong and calling MYOB only causes more heartache and frustration as nothing has been done about it... He said, unless we can be more specific there's nothing they can do.... Really??? That's just not good enough!!!
Does anyone else have multiple occurences of transactions appear in their reconciliation? Does anyone have transactions that, without any interference, suddenly become unreconciled? Then when you try to fix the problem, it only makes it worse? Has anyone ever deleted a transaction only to have it appear when you refresh the reconciliation screen? I asked the fellow to TeamViewer into my machine so he could see what I was seeing but he said he couldn't. Then half hour later he say's, I don't know what to tell you as we can't replicate the problem....
Of course we can't replicate the problem, I didn't do anything wrong and it's an intermittent glitch, derr......
Everytime I call to try to rectifiy this, I'm left feeling really dumb and incapable... I've been a bookkeeper for 10 years!!!
