STOP EMAILING ME! I have left MYOB and unsubscribed

To anyone from MYOB technical team that is reading this,

 

I no longer use MYOB, it was clunky, slow and unresponsive. I now use Xero. I have asked multiple times on the phone and via email to be unsubscribed from your emailing list and yet you continue to email me. I now consider this spam. Please remove my email address from ANY and ALL email commuications as I do not use your service anymore and do not want to. I am not prepared to call your help line because when I did, I would have to wait for 40 mins and my time in precious. I will be contacting the ACCC to understand your legal responsibilities in regards to this matter. What a shame that I have to publically post my complaint due to your poor responsiveness.
