Emailing supplier invoices to in-tray doesn't work since updating Outlook connection

Hi,

 

I have been successfully using this feature to upload invoices for a few months from the same email address I use to login to MYOB Essentiuals.  However, today I received an auto reply telling me it doesn't recognise my email address so can't allocate it to my business.

 

The only recent change that could be relevant is that I have had to reconnect my Outlook client to the Microsoft Outlook servers with a new profile due to their own server upgrades for outlook/hotmail mail accounts.  But, I am still using the same (hotmail) email address and the auto reply occurs just the same whether I use my desktop Outlook to send the invoice or whether I use an alternative email client from my smartphone.

 

Could you please advise if the Outlook changes are causing the issue here and what I need to do resolve the problem, or alternatively check my account settings at your end to see if there is an issue that is unrelated to the Outlook servers.
