I am attempting my third Super Portal file upload. Each previous attempt has worked without problem and as far as I know nothing has changed in my super or employee settings. On the third attempt I am getting the error message:
We haven’t been able to match the fund for this member. Following is the data we have found in the uploaded file:
Fund Name: WESTSCHEME DIVISION OF AUSTRALIAN SUPER
ABN: 65714394898
USI: STA0100AU
I looked back through the previous uploaded files and these attributes don't appear to have changed?
Only thing I can think of is that a recent update has broken this function.
Any ideas how to fix this so I can pay the employee's super on time?
