I need to put the referral/activation code but I cannot find anywhere on sign up page.
I found a link which says "If you have a referral or activation code, you'll enter it here" with photo of sign-in page (http://help.myob.com/wiki/display/ea/Setting+up)
Can anyone help with this issue?
