Hi,
MYOB invoices are not being sent to clients nor is it sending CC copies to my registered email like normal.
Ive had to manually download the PDF and send them from my own emails which is frustrating because I really have come acustomed to tracking the invoice activity in MYOB Essentials.
There is nothing wrong with my emails, I have tested on 5 devices including mobile and tablet.
I have checked my spam inboxes and asked the client on the phone to check their spam boxes.
Yes, I have used your support/community, and despite how many times your auto populated Subject line for us to get in contact, I have not found any article that has helped. Yes, I am using and viewing the same email as what my account email is in the 'Business Details' section of my MYOB file... (poor guy, that article was really frustrating to read). The other accounts I was sending emails to were @gmail & @hotmail, no they are not down, we receiving emails fine outside of MYOB.
Looking for an actual answer this time.
