Taking payments not viewing account info

Hi,

I am new to MYOB Essentials and have successfully sent invoices out. I am not up to the step to take the payments, however when I go to the Take Payments option and try to select "Into Account" there is no information in this section. It is not reflecting the accounts I have set up. How can I fix this?
