Payroll Mistake

Hi There,

I have a slight payroll issue. For the last 6 weeks I have accidentally applied 1 annual leave day (each week) to one of my employees, which is not correct. Can someone please advise how I can rectify the annual leave days taken and adjust the PAYE amount that has been paid?

 

I am not in the position to reverse the 6 weeks, is there any other option?
