I have migrated my client from MAS to AE Ledger and having trouble configuring the clients MYOB live file (version Accountright Live 2016.3) as the financial data source via ‘edit configuration’ in “Client Account / Ledger”.
The error msg says "Error Retrieving company file: Access denied".
To access the client’s MYOB file, I normally just login using my.MYOB log in details without having to input any other username and password.
Could you let me know why it’s not working?
