Remittance advice

IN Essentials when are we going to have the ability to be able to send remittance Advice? I have had several suppiliers asking if we can send remittance advice and we have to say sorry our accounting program is not capable of doing this

also uploading receipts in banking-has this been approved yet? 

associating a client  with a job(as we could do in Premier?).
