I have been dealing with many problems since converting from premier to essentials and have spoken with many many people from MYOB and no one has any idea how its used. I have figured out some of them on my own but my main problem is;
- they only transfer over the current and last financial years data (15-16 and 16-17), but, in order or reconcile July 2015 bank statement i need some invoices that were raised in June 2015 but which payments didnt hit the bank until July 2015, and I do not have them. I don't know how to fix this
any help would be great.
