I want to use an online system for my employees to be able to submit their hours for the week. At the moment they're doing them manually.
I set up YourPay but it doesn't allow you to review the time sheets so they can be approved & so you can see the overtimes hours to see if they have exceeded the 2 hours of overtime and then move to double time pay rates.
Can anyone recommend an alternate system? It doesn't need to link to MYOB Essentials. I just want to be able to receive the time sheets via email or logging in to access them. Then be able to review each day, I can then add the hours in to each pay each week that's fine. I just want to ditch the paper.
We only have 3 staff, they work standard 38/40 hour week, different locations each day.
