I am trying to reconcile my clients bank statement - last time I had the same problem - this needs to be fixed - I have saved - printed and completed reconciliation - date does not hold goes back to old reconciliation - have tried numerous times - suggested to close page and reopen - does not help - this has been happening for 6mths or more now please help. The date of reconciliations I followed the above for 12 months onkly 3 dates held.
