I have been trying to cancel my two MYOB Essentials subscriptions for weeks now and customer service don't respond at all!
I am currently abroad and unable to call but have emailed customer service numerous times but there is never any response. I guess it's a great way for MYOB to get another monthly payment from me before I cancel?
Is it a MYOB tactic that they just make it impossible for customers to cancel their subscriptions so they can continue getting paid?
The customer service is absolutely attrocious and I am so glad I won't be using MYOB anymore due to that one simple reason. If MYOB has no interest in taking care of their customers then why on earth should I support them?!
My subscription is meant to renew in a few days and I will NOT be paying another month just because the terrible customer service doesn't respond to customer emails!
Very poor form, MYOB!!
