I am frustrated at the process to unsubscribe. While being able to cough up credit card details online, without requiring assistance over the phone, you are unable to remove these details online and have to ring and talk to someone.
This completely detracts from what was a useful service and pushes it to the state of disrepute.
Just trying to find how to unsubscribe was an ordeal, and to then find out I have to call back "within bussiness hours" is complete and utter bull**bleep**.
My bussiness does not operate within normal business hours and you provide a service that is accessible 24/7. Frankly it is unacceptable that you then do not have an operator on the phone 24/7.
Maybe one of you mods can remove my subscription details for me? or perhaps if I was to really express how I felt about this publically, maybe you could have my account shut down for me?
Again, I will not be recomending MYOB, in fact quite the opposite.
In my mind, this is bordering on a scam. The payment information is my personal information and I should reserve the right to remove them at any time, without question and without the need to sit on the phone, in the hours that MYOB has decided. I should be able to remove my details in the same way that I had given them.
