One of our clients has brought it to our attention that information on our invoice doesnt appear when they view it. see below
On the invoice that we see it appears as
i wanted to be able to take a screenshot showing the above as we see it but it only shows one or the other
why would it be missing of crucial information (not a good look to us when we accused the client of not paying by the due date (as we assumed the information would show on the invoice) but they are saying they are not seeing Annual renewal of www.picturewarehouse.com.au due to expire 11/02/16 whuch we see in our end.
can you help with this please?
