I have moved from MYOB AccountsRight to Essentials and have had the last financial year data moved over.
I used to run the 'Small Business Entity - Profit & Loss Cash Report' in AR. I have run the Profit & Loss in Essentials for the same period and the Income Service & Repair figure in incorrect in Essentials. Everything else in the report matches (expenses). The report is set up as cash. I clicked on the Income total figure in the Essentials report and it has opened a report on the Service & Repair account. In this report there is payments listed that were invoiced during the period specified in the report but paid after the dates, which should not appear!
Are there settings somewhere else to ensure they reports are in Cash, or am I in the wrong report and need to replacement report for the old Small Business Entity P&L report?
