re: Payroll and change of accounts

Can someone help me sort this out:

 

My account was recently changed over by Maithri from an old account to a new account due to a mixup with migrating data.  In doing this, my payroll person I added is still attached to the old account and cant submit a timesheet to me, it goes through the "old" account. I sent this email to Maithrie:

 

"Maithrie, it appears in the change over and set up of the new account, my staff are not able to lodge timesheets to the new account. When they log in it takes the to the old account (see email below).  Can you please advise how we get this fixed asap"

 

This is the response I got:

 

"Hi Melissa,

 

Apologies for the delay in responding back to your email. I would love to help you out, however, I am not familiar with the function ‘yourpay’ as it is not my area of expertise. I would urge you to contact our MYOB Support Team on 1300 555 123 who would provide better assistance."

 

 

Can someone please help. I dont have an hour free to sit on hold on the phone
