I have been having increased issues with customers not receiving their quotes and invoices sent via MYOB. I have them check their spam folder and sometimes it is there, other times they can't find it at all anywhere. I understand that this could be due to network issues or security on the customer's email, but it is occurring over several customers, multiple times. Has the address that it is sent by been changed recently or something? My invoices are getting paid late and customers are thinking that I am too busy to quote them. I don't follow up immediately because I assume I am waiting for the prices to be approved. I have a job that is now 2 days behind because the client has been waiting on pricing. I certainly do not want to have to resort to downloading every invoice and quote and sending them from my business email. Is there any other way to ensure that the customer is getting the emails?
