Since the upgrade to Essentials, all of my invoices that are emailed to my clients have a "no reply" email address, which means any client that wishes to reply to my email (of which there are many), have to click the forward option and type in my email address. If they simply hit 'reply', it goes to the no reply myob address.
I read in another forum of the same issue and the answer was that myob would automatically forward the emails to the business email address. However this is not happening. I have had numerous clients tell me they have replied to my invoice email but I have never received them, not even in my junk mail box.
I have now put a message on my default email to advise clients not to click reply, but I feel that I am still missing many messages. Can you please advise me if there is a way I can change the setting so any client that wants to reply to me, can do so just by clicking 'reply'?
