Can someone please cancel my account immediately?
I have tried calling on several occassions, sat on hold for over 30 minutes, with no-one answering my calls. Does anyone actually pick up these calls?
I wrote to your head office on 4 October 2017 explaining the above and requesting cancellation. I note that my letter has also gone unanswered. This is the worst service I have received in respect of any product. Pathetic.
Please arrange cancellation of my account immediately.
