RESOLVED: Payroll Menu missing from MYOB Essentials

Hi Everyone

We have received reports that some Essentials Accounting clients are unable to see the Payroll menu after logging in. This menu option is generally located between the Contacts and Reports menus.

Workaround:

Change the address path of your MYOB Essentials to access the Payroll Pay centre by removing the home and replacing it with payroll/payCentre/payrun.

For example:
The URL address bar is showing https://essentials.myob.com.au/LA/app.htm#businesses/159561/home

Please replace /home with /payroll/payCentre/payrun
