I have a few clients on MYOB Essentials and it appears that previously saved RULES have been deleted or removed from our files. They are not showing up in the list of rules at all. But they are applying the rule to the feed somehow. How can we get all our rules back please. I have 2 pictures attached.
One showing the Insurance Rule was applied to transaction.
Then One showing the list of Rules and in the list the Insurance rule is not appearing??????????
