I have been trying to cancel for several months now...
I have tried to cancel my subscription ( since I stopped using them as their service is sub standard and was not right and their customer service is NON existent and once I final spent days trying to find out how to contact them, they had no clue as to why their software was not working as it should.) end rant...
I would like to rally all of those trying to cancel their subscription and put public pressure on MYOB to smarten up their act, provide adequate customer service to small business owners and stop making it so hard to cancel as its against Australian online customer practices.
Because if you you will get one of these threatening letters from MYOB as well:
MYOB reserves the right to list your payment default with Veda Advantage (CRAA). Defaults are listed for a period of 5 years and may have an adverse effect on your credit rating.
MYOB also reserves the right to commence legal proceedings to recover the amount outstanding without further notice to you.
You may be responsible for any legal fees and/or collection costs associated with the recovery of the amount outstanding.
