ive started out a new business (sub contractor to a single business) and id like to delete all the info ive entered into your system and start over fresh, possibly with MYOB, possibly with another. ive found your system a little over complicated for me, entering expense receipts like fuel, phone and tools etc should be much simpler than youve made it. your on the go iphone app is useless for my business, surely there could be a feature to capture receipts for expenses and match to essentials without paying for a "certified addon" like shoeboxed (which doesnt work).
regardless of whether or not i choose to use your product, id like to be able to edit the info ive entered into your system, i currently cant so please DO NOT DIRECT ME TO THE EDIT INFORMATION PAGE as its not the info im needing to edit. just allow me to delete everything without sitting on a phone for hours.
