Duplicate Amex transaction - cannot delete

Hi. The Amex Feed has produced a duplicate entry for a fuel purchase. It is not on the actual Amex statement so it is a genuine error. I can t seem to delete it - so how can I reverse or otherwise adjust it as the account no longer reconcilies.
