QUOTE ticked as SENT when it has not been

Hi

 

I have found a bug with sending QUOTES in MYOB Essentials.

 

  • I draft & save a quote, then leave the quote screen.
  • If I come back at another time to edit the quote, and save then leave the quote (WITHOUT REQUESTING the quote to be emailed) ---> the Quotes list has my quote ticked as sent
  • when I go in to the quote again, it states "Resend to customer" instead of the "email" button, BUT does NOT have any email details noted in the Activity section at the bottom of the page
  • I have confirmed with the customer that they did NOT receive the quote (they have received other quotes before so there was no prior problem)

Can MYOB fix this bug ?
