I have subscribed to myob essentials on 29/09 after a myob representative called us and offered us another free month on top of the 30 day free trial. We have decided to go ahead with the 45$/month plan. I have given this customer represantative our bank details over the phone.
However it still says that my trial is expiring soon and that I should subscribe.
Can anyone help us with this?
