I am trying to add a new employee and I am struggling with the Superannuation section. I enter the employee fund name, Spi/usi number, employer number and employee membership number all good. Then MYOB wants a bank Account BSB and Account number.
All of my employees super is paid monthly via the SBSCH at ATO. I have never had this issue previously.
I cannot press "Save" and complete the entry. This has taken a good proportion of my day and I am about fed up with it. I have sat on hold on the support line with no solution. Can someone on here shed a bit of light on this for me.
