Account Suspeded

Hi,

 

I recently finished my trial of MYOB Essentials and proceeded to purchase and setup direct debit, however; it has started a second account. So i know have my trial account i setup status as suspended and unable to utilise the information already entered into this account and now a new account with status active and leaving me starting at $0 again.

 

Can you please help me?
