I have two businesses just started on Essentials Payroll and one has end of month and end of year reports coming out the same as MYOB Payroll which I was still using alongside the new Essentials Payroll but the other business isn't getting the figures the same.
It is only calculating for the past two weeks even though the date ranges I have in are for the whole month or whole year.
How do I get it to calculate the whole month data and whole year data to get the reports correct. It is not taking into consideration the historic data MYOB staff entered which I have verified as all correct and the same as our old payroll figures.
IR348 figures are for two week, IR345 figures are not even a week. for March 2017. Yearly Payroll summary for two weeks
