Bank Accounts on Dashboard

Hi, 

It doesn't seem to matter what I do I can't get the bank account balance on the dashboard to match the amount actually in the bank. I have reinputted invoices and bills 3 times now and it always tells me that we are in the minus more then we should be. 

Also I'm concerned it's going to think that we are making  twice as much money as we are due to cash payments needing to be listed into an account and then when we bank it, it gets listed again. Is there something that I can do to fix this.
