A client of ours is having some issues with their trust centre settings. After they process payroll the payslips are then emailed to the employees through outlook. For each payslip they send, they are given the "A program is trying to send an e-mail message on your behalf." security prompt from Outlook. This is a major drain on productivity for the client due to the size of the company.
We have tried switching the settings in Outlook's trust centre to "never warn me of suspicious activity" which should have solved the problem, but the option has changed itself back to the default repeatedly.
Are there any steps you could advise to keep this from happening?
