Hello there, I use recurring comments on customers invoices. For example, I want all staff to nkow that ABC incoices should always be emailed, so the sales comment is "Email all invoices", setup on ABC's card in "sales comment".
However, I'm finding that some comments from one customer are being automatically copied on to other customers' invoices unwantedly. If we are not careful, and we don't spot it, and delete it, a comment to ABC may occur on DEF's invoice. Now, If they are fierce competitors, it alerts one party that we are selling to the other party, which can open up a whole can of worms.
IS there a setting to stop this from happening, or is it a glitch?
