Dear MYOB, hoping you would be able to help me out.
1. Issue 1 (see attached) - Wanting to change the date to 06/01/2017 which was incorrectly entered as 06/04/2017. Unable to change the date as the OK button is now not showing. Only the close button.
2. Issue 2 (same attachment) - Another fix I thought to apply was to delete the transaction and re-add it. It is now greyed out, as you can see. So unable to delete the transaction either.
The till float account has been reconciled to 03/01/2017 (date before these transactions) so being locked out due to a bank rec is not the issue.
The preferences have the "Lock Period" and "Transactions can't be changed" as unticked. They were never ticked for the relevant period in question.
PS> I have full administrator access and have never had an issue prior to this before the 2017 software update. I am hoping it is a setting issue and not a software update issue.
