Bank feeds not updating

I have a client that has 2 data files under the one subscription.

She has set up a new bank account for the new data file and since then the banks feeds haven't updated for either. It's been 11 days, so it is not a bank lag.

Is there something that provides a conflict when there are 2 data files?
