Rental Income Statement

Hi,

 

I've just started using MYOB, and I'm having difficulty trying to attach an income statement from the real estate agent against the bank transaction. Is there a way of doing it or do I put it as a negative bill, a received income or as an invoice? Or is it some other way?

 

The statement contains both income and expenses and I would like to capture it as some items would be written off or depreciated.
