GST Free Capital purchases

There needs to be a new tax code Captial GST Free.  

Our Accountant advised us that the purchase of a residential property has to be recorded as a Captial Expense on the BAS and to record it as G10 on the BAS statement.

There is no GST charged on residential property, so it needs to be recorded in MYOB with a tax code Captial GST Free.

Can you please set up this new tax code.
