One of my clients has been using bank feeds for over a year without a problem. But then she realised that two days 21 - 22 August transactions failed to import? I have never seen this occur and I dont know why this happened. Also the bank account on the dashboard is showing two different balances even though everything has been reconciled. I checked my other clients and all there balances match regardless anyways.
Even if I add in the missing days the balance doesnt seem to add up so I wanted advice before I manually import them.
I wanted to see if anyone knows why this would happen. Is there some sort of technical support for ME that can help us out?
