Detailed GL report showing Descriptions

Hi all

 

I am working on a client's Essentials file.

 

I would like to export a report that shows all Descriptions that have been entered.  Many outgoing payments have been entered via Spend Money.  That is, from the Dashboard the client clicks on Unallocated Transactions, and from there allocates items to the various expense accounts and also enters a Description in the Description box.  See attached Spend Money screenshot.

 

When I run the Detailed GL Report, it doesn't show the Descriptions that have been entered. See attached GL report.

 

What do I need to do in order to export a report that shows the descriptions for each transaction?
