We am trrying to get advise access to a clients MYOB essentials system online. The email address we are using is a Connected Accounting Partner. When we log in we only see business 1 listed and we are a user of that businesses file. We have accepted an invitiaition from business 2 as an adviser, but when we log in we only see business 1 listed under My businesses.
Can anyone assist as to why this is?
